Sileo Sileo completes the Maxalto range of beds. The shapes are slightly rounded and the frame can accommodate different mesh systems and either a semi-recessed or flush mattress.The space-defining high headboard accommodates the occupants’ heads and shoulders while reading, even with high, flush-fitting mattresses.
