J 20 BEIJING JIE XIANG ENTERPRISE ACQUIRES DINGLONG BUSINESS AVIATION Beijing Jie Xiang Enterprise Co., Ltd announced that it has completed the acquisition of Dinglong Business Aviation on 3rd February 2023. CapaJet Pte Ltd will partner with Beijing Jie Xiang and Dinglong Business Aviation to extract the synergies arising from the acquisition and grow their market share. Dinglong Business Aviation, with operations in Guangzhou, was established in 2019, and offers business charter flights. Dinglong Business Aviation has obtained its business licence, operation certificate (CCAR-135), and maintenance licence (CCAR-145) from the Civil Aviation Administration. It also has broad experience in operating Gulfstream G650ER and the Bombardier Challenger 650. Relaxing of travel regulations has boosted both domestic and international travel and also led to a soaring interest in private jet charters for the more discerning traveller who is looking into a faster and safer mode of air travel. This bodes well for the private aviation industry and the recovery of a sector that was heavily impacted by COVID.
